Your reservation will be confirmed within 12 hours, and you will receive an Order Confirmation Email. Please ensure your order has been confirmed.

How do I determine my pickup time when booking from the hotel to the airport?

When making a reservation, first enter your flight departure time, then specify the time you wish to be picked up from the hotel. For international flights, it is recommended to be at the airport at least 2 hours before your flight, and for domestic flights, 1.5 hours before. Include the travel time to determine your pickup time. (If there is an issue with your pickup time, we will contact you to make the necessary changes.)

What should I do if I need a baby/child seat or booster seat?

During the reservation process, you can select the number of “Baby/Child Seats” and write the type of seat and your child’s age in the “Notes” section of the reservation form.

What should I do if I have extra luggage beyond suitcases and bags?

You must specify the type and dimensions of your luggage in the “Notes” section of the reservation form. Necessary information will be provided when your reservation is confirmed.

What should I do if I have a pet?

You must specify the type of pet and the dimensions of its crate in the “Notes” section of the reservation form. Necessary information will be provided when your reservation is confirmed.

How will I find you at the airport?

Our staff will meet you at the terminal exit gate with a sign displaying Istanbul Shuttle Transfer. Additional details about the meet-and-greet are included in the confirmation email.

What should I do if baggage claim at the airport takes longer than expected?
