Transfer fees can be paid to the driver in the selected currency via bank transfer (EFT), cash, or credit card upon arrival.

If pets are to be transported, they must be placed in appropriate pet carriers.
For domestic flights, passengers are required to be at the airport at least 1 hour prior to departure, and 2 hours for international flights.
Smoking and consumption of alcohol are strictly prohibited in our vehicles in accordance with legal regulations.
If not requested during the reservation process, baby seats will not be available in our vehicles. (One baby seat is provided free of charge.)
According to legal requirements and company policy, guests are responsible for securing child or baby seats themselves. Our drivers will provide verbal technical guidance when needed.
Vehicle selection must be made according to the number of passengers. Transportation of passengers exceeding the vehicle's capacity is not permitted by law. Infants and children must be included in the total passenger count. Vehicle insurance policies are arranged based on the maximum passenger capacity.
In the unlikely event that your selected vehicle cannot be provided, a vehicle from the same or a higher category may be dispatched.
All information on the reservation form must be filled out completely and accurately.
Please ensure that your mobile phone number and email address are entered correctly. The company cannot be held responsible for any issues arising from incorrect or incomplete contact details.
Our transfer rates apply per vehicle, not per person.
When loading your luggage into the vehicle, please verify the exact number of items. Our staff will always assist you with your luggage. Luggage exceeding the specified capacity of the vehicle will not be accepted.
Wheelchairs, bicycles, e-bikes, surfboards, ski equipment, and golf bags must be declared during the reservation process. Undeclared items may not be accepted.
At the airport, you will be met at the designated exit gate by our greeter or driver, holding a sign with the name specified in your reservation.
Our prices include the vehicle, driver, fuel, parking, and toll fees.
